Q: What is the distance needed in order to apply for free local delivery?
A: Anyone within the City of Fullerton limits applies for free local delivery.
Q: If I don’t qualify for free local delivery, what would be the delivery fee if I want something delivered?
A: For anyone within the cities of Brea and La Habra, the delivery fee is $7.
Q: Do you mail prescriptions?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Can you order specific OTC medications for me?
A: For the most part, yes. As long as it is available from our wholesaler, we would be happy to order a specific item for you.
Q: Do you schedule pick-up times?
A: If you would like to schedule a specific pick-up time, you can. Just call ahead and we will make sure that it is ready for you when you arrive.
Q: Do you have bilingual staff?
A: Yes, we would be happy to assist you in Spanish, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Q: How soon do you respond to refill requests?
A: Immediately, unless you are out of refills, in which case we will have to contact your physician’s office first.
Q: When are vaccines offered?
A: We offer the flu shot from September to February. TDAP, Zostavax and Pneumonia shots are offered year round.
Q: Do you take insurance for vaccines?
A: Yes, and almost all vaccines are covered by insurance. If insurance does not cover, cash price is available.
Q: How much do the vaccines cost if it is not covered by insurance?
A: It depends on what vaccine you are looking for. Prices are as follows*:
